In more Autobiography news, Jlin (who will join Company Wayne McGregor on tour in London) announced this week that her score created in collaboration with Wayne will be released on 28 September through Planet Mu. The first track is available now, scroll down to check it out!

2018 marks the tenth anniversary of the premiere of Wayne's acclaimed work Infra for The Royal Ballet, which sees it return to the Royal Opera House stage this November; the first revival since it was added to the GSCE syllabus.

And finally for those in New York City, tickets go on sale Monday 23 July for the second run of performances of AfteRite, Wayne's unique take on 'The Rite of Spring' for the American Ballet Theatre.

Autobiography is back!

Company Wayne McGregor is back next week at London's home for dance, Sadler's Wells, for 3 electrifying performances (26-28 July). US electronic innovator and Wayne's collaborator Jlin will be joining the dancers on the London leg of the tour to perform her score live in the theatre.

Ben Cullen Williams sat down with Sadler's Wells at Studio Wayne McGregor for about how he created his award-winning set design, collaborating with Wayne and lighting designer Lucy Carter. Watch the 3 part video series before you see the show.

In August, the company travels to Scotland for their first appearance at the Edinburgh International Festival, followed by a tour of Germany stopping in Berlin and Hamburg.

Jlin announces Autobiography album release for September

US electronic producer Jlin has announced the release of her original score for Autobiography, with artwork featuring company dancers Daniela Neugebauer and Rebecca Bassett-Graham performing in the live stage production.

The first track 'Abyss of Doubt' is out now, ahead of the full album release on 28 September through Planet Mu.

Jlin joins Company Wayne McGregor to perform her score live at Sadler's Wells, London 26-28 July.

Infra, ten years on

Infra, which premiered in 2008 and confirmed 'McGregor as a master of contemporary ballet' (Guardian), returns to the Royal Opera House from 20 November 2018.

Performed by The Royal Ballet with set design by Julian Opie and score by Max Richter, Infra is Wayne's meditation on human interactions. Inspired by the 2005 London attacks, this is the first revival performances since the work was added to the GCSE dance syllabus.
